Your days will include:

Project Accounting Responsibilities

  • Confirming and creating purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Setting up job card and cost codes
  • Creating and maintaining reports
  • Maintaining records of projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Treasury Accounting Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily cash
  • Daily reporting

To succeed in this role you must possess:

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Experience in an office setting or accounting an asset
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Familiar with Microsoft Great Plains
