**Accounts Payable Clerk**

Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based out of our location in Steinbach, MB**.**The Accounts Payable Clerk will work closely with the Accounting Department to deliver timely and accurate financial results. **Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Administrate monthly corporate credit card processing
- Prepare accounts payable cheques and online payments
- Research and resolve accounts payable issues
- Process daily office administration tasks and support reception coverage
- Consistently deliver excellent internal and external customer service
- Ensure appropriate approvals and accurate expense coding
- Continuously improve accounts payable process
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CFO
- Perform other accounting, administration, and general office duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous accounts payable, administration, or accounting experience or a diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
- Proven attention to detail and a focused client-centered approach
- Demonstrated effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
