**Your days will include**:

- Routing invoices for approval and entering invoices
- Creating sales invoices for company expenses
- Reconciling visa, fuel, and other statements as assigned
- Processing payments
- Creating reports for various levels of management
- Data entry from various information sources into different systems
- Correspondence with external vendors and various internal parties and

respond to inquiries
- Filing of related work documents

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Basic training or experience using MS Office software
- Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Grade 12 education
- 3 years’ experience in a computerized office environment is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge would be an asset
