**An exciting opportunity awaits**:
We currently have an opportunity for a **File Clerk**to join our team in our Steinbach branch. As a File Clerk you will provide support to all staff by managing digital file records, processing and delivering mail, and responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Scan and electronically file digital records
- Respond to requests for information
- Maintain accurate file records software
- Process and distribute mail
- Collect, sort, and distribute interoffice envelopes and deliveries
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other general office computer programs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Previous credit union or financial experience would be an asset
- Physical ability to push and lift heavy items
