What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively flags inventory discrepancies and follows up with an investigation to determine the root cause of discrepancies
  • Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory is correct and up to date
  • End of week inventory reconciliation
  • Monitoring inventory against production demands and advise inventory issues
  • Issue and monitor top up requests from production or warehouse
  • Validating and ensuring inventory data is accurate and reflected properly in the WMS
  • FIFO rotation is being adhered to
  • Trains and corrects cycle count practices performed by the team
What We Are Looking For
  • Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
  • Understand the importance of details. You don't sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.
  • You have a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse operation is preferred
  • Ability to train and coach others is preferred
