You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view.What You'll Be Doing Proactively flags inventory discrepancies and follows up with an investigation to determine the root cause of discrepancies Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory is correct and up to dateEnd of week inventory reconciliationMonitoring inventory against production demands and advise inventory issuesIssue and monitor top up requests from production or warehouseValidating and ensuring inventory data is accurate and reflected properly in the WMSFIFO rotation is being adhered toTrains and corrects cycle count practices performed by the teamWhat We Are Looking For Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.Understand the importance of details.
