What You'll Be DoingÂ
Proactively flags inventory discrepancies and follows up with an investigation to determine the root cause of discrepancies
Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory is correct and up to date
End of week inventory reconciliation
Monitoring inventory against production demands and advise inventory issues
Issue and monitor top up requests from production or warehouse
Validating and ensuring inventory data is accurate and reflected properly in the WMS
FIFO rotation is being adhered to
Trains and corrects cycle count practices performed by the team
What We Are Looking ForÂ
Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
Understand the importance of details. You don't sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.
You have a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.
WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred
Experience in a warehouse operation is preferred
Ability to train and coach others is preferred

$50,000 per annum
