**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Proactively flags inventory discrepancies and follows up with an investigation to determine the root cause of discrepancies- Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory is correct and up to date- End of week inventory reconciliation- Monitoring inventory against production demands and advise inventory issues- Issue and monitor top up requests from production or warehouse- Validating and ensuring inventory data is accurate and reflected properly in the WMS- FIFO rotation is being adhered to- Trains and corrects cycle count practices performed by the team
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.- Understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.- You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.- You have a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.- WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred- Experience in a warehouse operation is preferred- Ability to train and coach others is preferred
