Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill is all about great food, cold drinks, and a fun, energetic atmosphere. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team and help lead our restaurant to success.

Overview

The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This position oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate servers, hosts, Expo, and bartenders.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and satisfaction.
  • Manage daily floor operations and support the team during busy periods.
  • Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Support scheduling and labor management to meet budget goals.
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Previous experience as a bartender and serving roles.
  • Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems
  • Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
