Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FOH Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The FOH Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Previous experience in supervising staff, interviewing candidates, and team management is essential.
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards, serving techniques, and barista experience is a plus.
  • A background in hotel or bar management is advantageous but not required.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly wage: $20-$22, depending on skills and experience, plus tips
