Our practitioners take a detailed, patient-centered approach to care, offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and nutrition services.

Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team just minutes from the Square One area. This role is a key part of our clinic's day-to-day operations and involves greeting patients, managing appointments through our EMR (Jane App), processing payments, submitting direct insurance billing, and supporting daily administrative tasks. Light cleaning, laundry, and general front-desk duties are also part of this position. Training will be provided, and we are looking for someone who is able to start soon.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask while remaining organized and detail-focused
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an asset, especially with patient coordination and handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with Jane App or other EMR systems is an advantage
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of both patients and practitioners

  • Hourly Wage: $17.60 with room for growth
  • Hours: Evening and weekend availability required
