Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
  • Operate phone systems to handle calls and messages effectively.
  • Support bookkeeping activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and data entry processes is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist others are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
