As a Business Development Manager , you'll drive growth by identifying new on-site guarding opportunities and building strong client relationships across diverse markets. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives on prospecting and delivering tailored security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for protective services and integrated solutions.

  • Prospect and qualify organizations needing security programs.

  • Collaborate with operations to design coverage and procedures.

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs.

  • Maintain CRM data and market intelligence.

  • Ensure solutions meet client needs and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in service industries.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead generation.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Travel:

  • Flexible within region as required.

Base salary range: Starting at $80,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience
