The Opportunity

You will play a key role in shaping The Collective's global voice — supporting internal and external communications as well as advancing our digital presence across all channels. This role blends creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and operational precision.

You will help craft clear, engaging communications that connect our teams across regions, strengthen our client-facing narrative, and reinforce our brand story. In parallel, you will elevate The Collective's digital storytelling across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms — bringing our people, projects, partnerships, and impact to life in a dynamic, fluid, and brand-aligned way.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, communication, and connection — shaping how The Collective shows up to our people and to the world.

  • Support the Marketing& Communications Manager in delivering global internal and external communications that keep our teams aligned and our brand story clear across all regions.
  • Assist in maintaining The Collective's brand voice and digital storytelling across social and emerging platforms.
  • Help develop and manage a 4–6-week integrated content and communications calendar, staying flexible to capture real-time opportunities.
  • Create and support the production of engaging digital content — posts, videos, reels, and campaigns — that highlight our people, projects, partnerships, and workplace impact.
  • Draft, edit, and refine copy for internal updates, newsletters, leadership communications, and public-facing content in The Collective's confident, collaborative, human tone.
  • Support internal communication initiatives, including employee announcements, cultural storytelling, and cross-region engagement.
  • Assist with influencer, partner, and industry-related initiatives that support brand awareness and visibility.
  • Monitor performance metrics and compile insights to help guide strategy and strengthen content effectiveness.
