Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mississauga, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and developing strong client relationships, and preparing tailored packaging solutions for potential customers. Daily tasks include managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, regular interaction with customers and proactive engagement with their feedback is a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with the ability to meet or exceed established targets.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with cold calling, emailing and site visits
  • Familiarity with the packaging industry is considered an asset.
  • An energetic, creative and friendly personality
  • A valid drivers license
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
