About the Team and Business Line:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst with a business analysis background and change management knowledge to support organizational transformation initiatives and drive successful change adoption across the organization. This role requires a combination of change management expertise and business analysis skills to effectively support organizational transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption of changes across the enterprise.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Support the delivery of change management communications
- Support the design of training programs to support change initiatives
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities
- Monitor and report on change adoption metrics
- Support end-user readiness and transition activities
- Assist with documentation of business requirements and process changes
About You:
- 2-4 years of experience in change management and/or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
- Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
- Strong business analysis skills and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience creating training materials and facilitating sessions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change Management certification (PROSCI, CCMP)
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Experience in financial services industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Agile principles and values
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
