Job Overview:

Support change management initiatives in planning and execution across departments with the goal of enabling employees and the organization to adapt to change and sustain change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director, Change Management in planning and execution of change initiatives across departments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed change management practices into project delivery.
  • Track and report on change progress, adoption metrics, and feedback.
  • Help develop communication and engagement strategies to support change adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned

The Recipe for Success:

  • 2-5 years of change management related experience
  • College or university degree. Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools such as , JIRA
  • Experience using Prosci – big plus
