We're growing fast and looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to help drive our next chapter.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Ontario Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Car Shot to new and existing dealerships. You'll build relationships, close deals, and help more dealers take their online presence from "okay" to "wow."

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Prospecting and reaching out to new dealership clients across Ontario (focus specific KPI target areas within the GTA & surrounding areas) via phone, email and in-person visits
  • Presenting and demoing Car Shot's photography, OEM vehicle library, and educational products
  • Following up, following up, following up and closing new accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Keeping CRM records and pipeline updates organized
  • Collaborating with our Dealer Success and Operations teams
  • Weekly check ins and monthly reviews
  • Adjusting presentations and reviewing marketing materials as needed
  • Spend some weekends attending automotive shows to network and learn about industry changes

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B or automotive sales experience (automotive industry experience is a major plus)
  • Basic proficiency with presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
  • Confident communicator with excellent follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Valid Ontario driver's license, a vehicle and willingness to travel
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • A genuine interest in cars, photography, or digital marketing

What's in It for You

  • Base Salary: $60,000 CAD
  • Commission: 5%–10% depending on product line
  • Quarterly Bonus: $1,500–$3,000 for meeting goals
  • Car Allowance: $500/month
  • Phone Reimbursement: $75/month
  • Total On-Target Earnings: $95,000–$105,000 + up Annually
  • Supportive team environment with regular check-ins, mentorship, and autonomy
