**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead our Automotive and Heavy-Duty Parts sales strategy and execution across Canada. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key wholesale and retail accounts, and driving sales growth in the Passenger Car and Truck aftermarket sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth.
- Launch and scale new Auto Parts Programs, representing factory partners and aligning product offerings with customer needs
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with wholesale distributors, retail chains, and key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in both the passenger car and heavy truck industries.
- Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and program development with national and regional customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product management to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Document Sales Activity with the use of a CRM
- Some Travel is required attending Trade Shows and National account meetings

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the automotive and/or heavy truck aftermarket industry.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding national sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing key accounts at the national level.
- Ability to travel frequently within Canada.
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
