**Your role is important**:
You will be in charge of scheduling visits from established or potential customers in a planned manner in order to maintain, increase or acquire sales while providing an exceptional level of customer service. You will also determine customer needs and provide recommendations and solutions based on our product offering with the aim of establishing a long-term relationship while developing sales through the acquisition of new accounts.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings and target customer business needs to maintain the relationship and increase sales, based on an understanding of the customer's needs
- Increase customer investment and identify potential customers who may have more complex requirements
- Form partnerships with vendors, merchants, and internal USI resources, such as National Accounts and Specialists, to achieve profitable sales goals
- Align on customer issues on a daily basis with store leadership
- Promote the full line of USI products and programs to existing customers, stay informed about new USI products and promotions
- Develops and implements business plans and strategies in each of the key accounts that could lead to lucrative sales. Follow up on leads to convert into profitable sales
- Communicate regularly with the store team to resolve customer issues
- Identifies and assigns opportunities as well as the potential of each account by establishing priorities and reminders (pipeline report, customer action plan), uses the sales process to manage the territorypipeline and sales opportunities
- Promote private brands and e-commerce channels as much as possible, support promotions as well as upsells
- Use the web-based system as well as paper catalogs to identify parts that meet customer needs
- Receive customer orders to renew their inventory, add items and create quotes for new items, manage warranties, returns and labor claims
- Maintain accurate and relevant recorded customer inventory
- Maintain a “never say no” attitude/mantra and be the Maslack brand ambassador
- All other related tasks

**Skills/Experience**:

- Experience in the automotive aftermarket an industrial supply
- Thorough understanding of hydraulics, industrial supply and power transmissions considered an asset
- Sales experience
- Experience in providing high level customer service
- In-depth knowledge of automotive operating systems
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
