**Automotive Parts Coordinator**

We are a growing family-owned business, looking to appoint a **Parts Coordinator** to join our team. You can expect to work in state-of-the art, air-conditioned/heated spaces with outstanding leadership and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

The summary and key responsibilities of a **Parts Coordinator** include, but are not limited to:
As Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and parts knowledge. You will take orders over the phone and in person, proactively assist Technicians, customers browsing in the store, as well as arrange for special delivery needs for customers. You will find ways to source parts that are not kept within the store and strive to enhance sales by offering excellent customer service and providing information about add-ons.
- Parts procurement to process repairs on Body Shop vehicles.
- Perform APU searches for Insurance price matching.
- Utilize Collision Link and Progi Parts to source value pricing.
- Receive parts.
- Post invoices.
- Ship returns.
- May include driving for parts pick up.
- Use Reynolds and Reynolds.
- Use Mitchell management system.
- Porter parts to technicians when necessary.
- Handling of warranty parts for Corrosion claims.
- Other duties as required.

**What you bring to the role**

The key skills and qualities of a **Parts Coordinator**:

- Post-secondary or college courses or equivalent relevant dealership industry experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a parts department/dealership.
- Volkswagen and Audi experience an asset.
- Valid Driver's License, good driving record and Driver's Abstract.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in Retail sales preferred.
- Computer literate with proficiency using basic programs such as Windows and Outlook, Reynolds and

Reynolds, Mitchell Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
