Yardstick Services Inc. is a diverse team of internet marketing specialists, designers and developers who share a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals. We need someone who is not just here to perform tasks but wants to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our offering to our clients.

Our ideal CRM Tech has a strong background in WordPress. We're looking for someone that knows how to investigate and resolve technical issues with WordPress websites as they relate to CRM's (Hubspot).

We have a remote team. So, you must also possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and self-discipline. You need to be able to manage your time appropriately in order to hit deadlines. And you must be able to communicate professionally with other team members.

What you'll do:

  • Analyzing clients' CRM setups and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Helping to connect the CRM to 3 party applications including social media, analytics, online ads and more;
  • Helping to improve the performance of marketing campaigns that leverage CRM data;
  • Setting up marketing automation workflows;
  • Managing lists and the fields and data within those lists;
  • Creating ad-hoc and automated reports and dashboards for the Client and Yardstick to report on campaign performance;
  • Attending meetings to discuss projects and campaigns;
  • Other duties as required.

Must have:

  • Applications from residents of Canada will be considered before any international applicants.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Your own phone plus a PC or Mac
  • A good enough internet connection to allow video chats with our team and clients
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence
  • The ability to work from home and manage your own hours to meet deadlines
