**About this role**

We are seeking a Cold Call Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. As a Cold Call Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our products and services
- Book appointments and follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Research and identify potential prospects in target markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective cold calling strategies
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM system Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications for Cold Call Outreach Specialist:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly call quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
