**The Company**

MedSpa Partners Inc is in growth mode and is seeking a Media Buying Specialist to join the marketing team. This position is about owning the technical optimization of our multi-channel ad campaigns and being a strong partner for our Digital Ad Strategist to plan and deliver high impact digital lead generation programs.

**Position Impact**

The Media Buying Specialist will work directly with the partners and cross functional teams, to promote the achievement of their business goals. Reporting to the Digital Ad Strategist, you will collaborate on creating and managing our high-performing paid campaigns that resonate for each partner’s local footprint and brand goals while co-marketing with iconic medical aesthetics brands like Botox Cosmetic or CoolSculpting.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, and other marketing channels.
- Manage the ad spend budget and timeline, from setting up and overseeing the day-to-day execution to optimizing campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with the Digital Ad Strategist and Social Team on our ad creative strategies.
- Analyze performance data from ads dashboards and cross-analyze with data from landing page platforms to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance.
- Create monthly performance reports, ensuring proper conversion tracking and attribution, and consistency across websites and platforms.
- Set up new accounts, conversion tracking, A/B testing, event set-up, audience creation and management, campaign creation, keyword, and competitive research.

**What it takes**
- 5+ years of digital media buying experience
- Managed successful paid ad campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong experience within Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager. Ideally Facebook Ads Certified.
- Strong experience with Google AdWords with an excellent understanding of how to leverage data to optimize ad performance. Ideally Google Ad Certified.
- Proven track record in account optimization to improve campaign performance and create ad campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Worked in an agency, franchise or multi-unit marketing environment is an asset
- Appreciation and understanding of medical aesthetics industry.
