Turn your passion into a profession Just Jeeps is seeking a Full-time Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist, to provide exceptional customer service and support in after-market Jeep parts sales, working in a busy, fast-paced environment. The Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist, position involves frequent and regular interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while providing information on customer orders.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service and support
  • Answer customer phone and email inquiries and provide information on orders
  • Assist customers with order placing on website
  • Answer phones and provide detailed messages to sales, purchasing, shipping and other support staff
  • Respond efficiently to all customer inquiries, requests and concerns, over the phone (and in person)
  • Remain up to date on in-store and online promotions
  • Ensure that all receptionist and customer service tasks are executed efficiently
  • Improve upon performance through regular updating of skills and manager feedback
  • Assist with in-person customer service and customer pick up orders

Requirements:

  • Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Customer-oriented, highly approachable individual who thrives on offering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to complete customer service tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and provide assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals
  • Ability to resolve retail and/or customer issues
  • Ability to adapt to, and manage, challenging and changing situations
  • Positive attitude, punctual and solid work ethic
  • Ability to provide consistently professional customer service
  • Knowledge of Jeeps and Jeep after-market parts is an asset.
