Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Support Specialist. The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications, delivering excellent customer service, and handling basic accounting tasks. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and experience with Phone Etiquette
  • Customer Service experience
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
