Seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst / Quality Assurance Tester to support the requirements management and solution testing functions for an ongoing ServiceNow enhancement initiative.

The ideal candidate will be a hybrid BSA/QA professional with experience in Agile 2.0 delivery, ServiceNow Agile Development, and ITSM/ITAM modules, capable of bridging business needs and technical execution while partnering closely with the solution developer from EVT.

We are open to someone with strong Agile or Scrum Master experience who can effectively manage requirements (Epics, Features, Stories) and contribute to ServiceNow testing for performance, usability, and user experience of new panels being developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis
  • Develop clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria within ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and refine epics into actionable stories.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story estimation.
  • Ensure story traceability across business requirements, user stories, and test cases.
  • Work with developers to confirm requirements alignment and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Manage and track progress in ServiceNow Agile boards (To Do, In Progress, Done).
  • Quality Assurance
  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases aligned with Agile stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in ServiceNow environments.
  • Validate integrations pulling data from external sources into ServiceNow (e.g., CMDB, Service Request items).
  • Log, track, and retest defects using ServiceNow Test Management 2.0 or Jira.
  • Ensure test coverage, documentation, and defect traceability across sprints.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and QA Tester in Agile environments.
  • Proven expertise with ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM (Service Request, CMDB, Catalog Items).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and testing in pre-prod or sandbox environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies and sprint metrics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Selenium/ATF.

Nice to Have

  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile project management experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow performance and UX testing.
  • Exposure to DevOps and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Knowledge of backup or attestation solutions within ServiceNow environments.

Soft Skills

  • Collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability for both requirements quality and solution integrity.
