We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst with 8+ years of BSA experience and prior financial industry exposure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end project implementation, business and technology analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires the ability to act as a subject matter expert, ideate and design scalable solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with Product Owners and business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. It's an asset if you have experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Confluence, Jira, user story writing, Use Case Activity Diagrams and experience with Web based and mobile applications.
  • Solution Design – Work with Solution Architects and Application Consultants to deliver client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

Must Have Requirement:

  • 8+
    years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience
  • Confluence/JIRA/MS Teams/ALM
  • Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories/scenarios/acceptance criteria for Dev/QA workflow and consumption
  • Previous Mobile banking experience
  • Technical acumen
  • Previous API experience
  • Computer science education
