Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, massage, dermabrasion, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. training will be provided
  • Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries professionally, and upselling products or additional treatments to enhance their experience.
  • Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail offerings to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  • Assist at the front desk with guest services including appointment bookings, check-ins/outs, and payment processing.
  • Valid esthetician certification. laser treatments are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in esthetics or med spa environments with a strong portfolio of services performed.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for marketing purposes along with experience in social media management tools preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients while providing outstanding guest services.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • MUST be available on the weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
