Duties:

- Perform a variety of esthetician services including facials, body treatments, and waxing

- Provide eyelash extensions and hair styling services

- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate products for their needs

- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and checking in clients

- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Valid esthetician license in the state of [Location]

- Proven experience in performing esthetician services, including eyelash extensions, body waxing, and hair styling

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and retail products

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures in a spa or salon setting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Hospitality experience is a plus
