Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients. As an Esthetician, you will perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and makeup application, while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality skincare treatments, including medical facials, Hydrafacial, laser treatments, Ultherapy, and M22.
  • Perform facial application services as requested by clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and services that align with clients' preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with guests through excellent hospitality and follow-up communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
  • Proven experience in guest services within a spa or salon environment.
  • Strong skills in retail sales, with an ability to effectively promote products.
  • Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care, hair styling, and makeup application is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain sanitation standards consistently throughout the workday.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
