Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in esthetics, a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience through personalized treatments and product recommendations.

This is hybrid position of receptionist & esthetician.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Perform full body massage.
  • Perform medical esthetics services is plus.
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate services and products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, managing client records, insurance billing, taking care of laundry, preparing treatments rooms etc.
  • Demonstrate product usage during consultations to educate clients on proper skincare routines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
  • Manage social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes

Requirements

  • Experience as esthetician
  • Familiar with POS, booking/appointment systems.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
  • Experience in upselling, retail sales, and product demonstrations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices.

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
