Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Your role will involve not only performing services but also engaging with clients to promote products and services that enhance their beauty routines.

Duties

  • Provide a range of esthetic services including facial, Massage, , microneedling.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients to explain procedures, products, and aftercare instructions.
  • Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, guest check-in, and retail sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and upsell services or products that align with client preferences.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience through hospitality and attentiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
  • Familiarity with various beauty treatments including massage, Facial, Rainbow scalp massage
