Duties

  • Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser therapies using advanced salon equipment and esthetic laser treatment tools.
  • Provide expert skincare consultations to recommend tailored treatments and product solutions that meet individual client needs.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Demonstrate product demos and upsell retail products confidently to enhance client results and increase sales.
  • Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all tools and treatment areas are sanitized after each use.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring clients leave satisfied with their experience.
  • Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community online.
  • Stay current with industry trends such as hair threading, hair extensions, makeup application, tattooing, and straight razor techniques to provide innovative treatments.
  • Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and offering personalized recommendations to boost revenue.
  • Support team collaboration by participating in ongoing training sessions related to management practices, Med spa procedures, and new treatment techniques.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment.
  • Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, nail care, or body waxing are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols across all esthetic procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
  • Ability to perform diverse treatments including hair styling, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering techniques is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
