About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Leverage your product knowledge to explain recommended services, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring transparency and building trust.
  • Collaborate with the service team to schedule and prioritize repairs for timely completion.
  • Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, clearly explaining costs and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and any changes in repair processes.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs meet customer expectations and dealership standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering positive relationships.
  • Utilize dealership software to document transactions, update records, and track service histories.
  • Understand the importance of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) tracking and actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
  • Safely and efficiently pull customer vehicles into the service area as needed.
  • Be willing to assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery when required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is a must; prior experience as Ford Service Advisor is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including features and maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in dealership software and computer systems.
  • Proficient in dealership software, with experience in ERAccess preferred.
  • High attention to detail in preparing estimates and invoices.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Toronto, ON M1B 5V7 or plan to relocate before starting work.
