Your Role
You'll help keep our operations running smoothly while managing our digital presence and customer communications.

What You'll Do
Administrative & Office Support
- Answer and route phone calls courteously and professionally
- Manage emails, appointments, and service requests
- Maintain customer records and files in our CRM
- Provide administrative support to management and field technicians
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Follow up with clients and new leads via phone and email
- Prepare quotes, confirm bookings, and assist with invoicing
- Promote seasonal offers and customer loyalty programs
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Create and schedule content for
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Engage with followers — respond to comments and messages professionally
- Assist with newsletters, website updates, and online promotions
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative content ideas
CRM & Data Entry
- Enter new leads, update service records, and support retention campaigns
What You Bring
- High school diploma required;
college or university studies in Business, Marketing, or Communications
preferred - Fluent in spoken and written English (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office

Google Workspace
, and major social platforms - Prior office, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset —
