Your Role

You'll help keep our operations running smoothly while managing our digital presence and customer communications.

administrative support

What You'll Do

Administrative & Office Support

  • Answer and route phone calls courteously and professionally
  • Manage emails, appointments, and service requests
  • Maintain customer records and files in our CRM
  • Provide administrative support to management and field technicians

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Follow up with clients and new leads via phone and email
  • Prepare quotes, confirm bookings, and assist with invoicing
  • Promote seasonal offers and customer loyalty programs

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Create and schedule content for
    Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Engage with followers — respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Assist with newsletters, website updates, and online promotions
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative content ideas

CRM & Data Entry

  • Enter new leads, update service records, and support retention campaigns


What You Bring

  • High school diploma required;
    college or university studies in Business, Marketing, or Communications
    preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    ,
    Google Workspace
    , and major social platforms
  • Prior office, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset —
    training provided
