Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling POS transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently - Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Requirements: - Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language] is preferred - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our organization.
