We're looking for a Clinic Assistant (independent-contractor) to help create a warm, organized, and professional environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care

  • Manage appointments, reminders, and payments

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure PHIPA compliance

  • Support practitioners with scheduling and admin tasks

  • Handle phone, email, and in-person communications

  • Help with light marketing and community events

  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and office organization

Who You Are:

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Friendly communicator who enjoys helping others

  • Comfortable with technology (Jane App experience is an asset)

  • Previous healthcare or clinic experience preferred, not required

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
