L'équipe du Québec est à la recherche d'un chef de comptes, où nous avons l'une des plus grandes opportunités en matière de sélection et de croissance.
Dans ce rôle, la personne gérera une équipe de gestionnaires de comptes qui sont responsables de la croissance des commerçants sur leur marché. Le rôle offre l'opportunité d'avoir un impact significatif sur l'organisation. La personne est responsable de prendre des décisions commerciales pour nous aider à atteindre notre objectif de gagner la sélection rue par rue et zone par zone.
Les chefs de comptes principaux/gestionnaires sont responsables des résultats de leur zone géographique ainsi que du mix de sélection, et interagiront avec les équipes de vente pour identifier et maintenir un bon entonnoir pour la sélection à venir. En tant que membre senior de l'équipe, le coaching est attendu à plusieurs niveaux ainsi que la direction de projets supplémentaires aux fonctions habituelles.
Ce que vous ferez
Croissance de la sélection actuelle - Stimuler les revenus et la valeur des commerçants sur Uber Eats en approfondissant nos partenariats avec eux, en tirant parti des outils Uber Eats tels que le marketing et l'adoption de produits, ainsi que de nouvelles initiatives innovantes. Et vous instruirez, suivrez et coacherez votre équipe dans les domaines suivants:
- Gestion du portefeuille de clients
- Vente incitative du portefeuille marketing
- Augmentation de la pénétration des adhésions.
- Gestion d'équipe - Gérer une équipe de collaborateurs qualifiés qui travaillent à retenir et à développer nos partenaires restaurateurs, tout en adoptant une approche axée sur les personnes pour soutenir les opportunités de développement des membres de l'équipe.
- Gestion des parties prenantes - Travailler en collaboration avec nos équipes de vente, de produit, d'opérations et d'analyse pour améliorer l'expérience des partenaires restaurateurs et atteindre les objectifs de revenus.
- Localisation de la stratégie - Travailler avec l'équipe de direction de l'organisation Eats pour élaborer et exécuter la stratégie globale de rétention et de croissance de notre base de partenaires restaurateurs.
Qualifications de base
- Minimum 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes ou en vente
- Expérience préalable en gestion/chef d'équipe d'au moins 1 an
- Expérience préalable dans des rôles en contact avec la clientèle ou à la tête d'équipes ayant des rôles en contact avec la clientèle
- Expérience préalable en gestion des parties prenantes (interaction avec +2 autres domaines)
- Baccalauréat
Qualifications préférées
- Vaste expérience en coaching de vendeurs/gestionnaires de comptes, en développement de personnes et en constitution d'équipes hautement performantes.
- Expérience en tant que leader parmi ses pairs, en influençant les partenaires interfonctionnels et en donnant l'exemple aux autres
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de l'analyse de données pour éclairer la prise de décision stratégique et générer des recommandations pratiques
- Expérience avérée dans la direction d'initiatives, le travail interfonctionnel pour atteindre des objectifs et la réussite dans un environnement d'équipe
- Un esprit entrepreneurial, une passion pour la construction de choses, le travail vers un objectif commun et la prise en charge des résultats
- Expérience de travail en étroite collaboration et de communication efficace avec un ensemble diversifié de parties prenantes dans un environnement en constante évolution et à croissance rapide
- Excellent dans la création et l'audit des processus de gestion de comptes, ainsi que dans l'analyse et l'articulation des problèmes et des opportunités
- Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication exceptionnelles, avec une capacité démontrée à établir des relations solides et à favoriser la collaboration.
About the Role
The Quebec Team is looking for an Account Manager Lead, where we have one of the biggest opportunities on selection & growth.
In this role, the individual will manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for growing merchants in their market. The role offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the organization. The individual is responsible for making commercial decisions to help us achieve our goal of winning selection street by street and geo by geo.
Sr Account Manager Leads/Managers own the results of their geographical area as well as the selection mix, plus will interact with Sales teams to identify and keep a good funnel for selection to come. Also as Senior team member coaching is expected in multiple levels as well as leading additional projects to the Business as usual functions.
What You'll Do
Current Selection Growth - Drive merchant revenue and value on Uber Eats through deepening our partnerships with them, leveraging Uber Eats tools such as marketing and product adoption, as well as new and innovative initiatives. And you will instruct, follow up and coach your team in the following:
- Book of Business (BoB) Management.
- Upselling marketing portfolio.
- Increase Membership Penetration.
- Client Facing Time & Deliverables (Business Reviews)
- Team management - Manage a team of skilled individual contributors that work to retain and grow our Restaurant Partners, while taking a people-first approach to support development opportunities for members of the team.
- Stakeholder Management - Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Operations & Analytics teams to improve the Restaurant partner's experience and achieve revenue targets.
- Localizing Strategy - Work with the Leadership Team across the Eats org to devise and execute the overall strategy for retaining and growing our SMB restaurant partner base.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within Account Management or Sales.
- Previous Management/Team Lead Experience for at least 1 year of management experience.
- Previous experience on Client Facing Roles or leading teams with client facing roles.
- Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (interaction with +2 other areas).
- Bachelor's degree.

- Extensive track record of seller/Account Management coaching, developing people and building high-performing teams.
- Experience being a leader among peers, influencing cross-functional partners and setting an example for others.
- Proficiency in using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and generate practical recommendations.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for building things, working towards a shared goal, and ownership of outcomes.
Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment.
Excellent at building and auditing Account Management processes along with analyzing and articulating problems and opportunities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
For Canada-based roles: The total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are CAD $110,000 - CAD $122,143. The OTE includes a base salary rate of CAD $77,000-$85,500 and a variable incentive target of CAD $33,000-$36,643. The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
