Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host or Busser to join our team at our location in Canada. In this role, you will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and supporting our restaurant operations to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
  • Assist servers by bussing tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent guest services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the restaurant team in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and assist with take-out orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
