We're a medium sized accounting firm, located in the SuterBrook complex of Port Moody, BC, within walking distance of the Inlet Centre Skytrain Station.

Our firm's focus is on building professional relationships with entrepreneurs; helping them reach their goals by assisting with developing opportunities and supporting them through hurdles that they encounter.

In addition to the standard compliance services, we support entrepreneurs with business sales and acquisitions, implementing AI based accounting systems and the complex tax reorganizations and strategies, all in house.

Because of the success we've shared in the business community, we have consistently been voted as the top accounting firm in the area for many years.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently looking for a Office Administrator to be a key member of our team. Responsibilities would include (but not limited to) preparing invoices, answering phones, preparing letters to clients, filing, preparing final packages to clients (tax returns etc.) and some data entry. Willingness to learn is a must. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Team Player

  • Outgoing and responsible

  • Ability to work with little supervision

  • Ability to stay organized and multi task

  • Desire to advance with a growing company

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks would be an asset but not required.
