Our reputable Company is seeking a dynamic & organized Office Administrator to join our team The position is 12:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday (Includes a 30-minute paid break). We are seeking someone who can handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing couriers, sorting/distributing mail, order office supplies, and taking orders from Customers.
Quality Control includes Handling Customer Complaints/Managing Google Reviews which includes Research and managing responses. Website & Social Media Site monitoring.
The position also includes creative marketing materials. Proficient in Canva is an asset, not required.
We require someone who can work independently and as a key player in a small team.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
· Reception
· Collect/Sort/Input Incoming Mail
· Prepare Couriers
· Prepare Franchisee Orders
· Customer Complaints/Resolution
· Research & Managing Google Reviews Responses (Composing responses would be an asset)
· Email Blasts using Constant Contact
· Creating Brochures/Coupons/Email Blast Creative using Adobe
· Ordering/Managing Supplies Inventory
· Ordering/Managing Office Supplies
· Weekly Website Review
· Key Holder for Office/New Staff
· Filing
· Manage in Preparations of Franchisee Meeting
· Assist Accounting Department as needed/Assist Executive Team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS:
· Experience in Customer Service/Reception
· High Attention to Detail
· Experience in Creative (Proficient in Canva an asset)
· Excellent English Verbal/Written Skills
· Good Administrative Skills
· Excellent Organization Skills
SCHEDULE:
· Monday through Friday 12:00pm – 5:00pm
