Winnipeg Orofacial Health Centre -- Administrative Assistant Position
Winnipeg Orofacial Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable with basic office technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and prepare correspondence from our specialist for referring doctors and dentists.
- Accurately send letters and reports via fax and email, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain and update referral tracking logs and contact databases.
- Perform other general administrative duties as required to support clinic operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient with email, fax machines, and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PDF).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Previous administrative experience is an asset, but not required.
Schedule: Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week
