Veterinary Receptionist

Dundas Animal Hospital is looking for a **full-time Veterinary Receptionist **to complete our team.

Our Veterinary Receptionists are responsible for:

- Professional and respectful communication with our clients
- General cleanliness of the clinic
- Daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties
- Receiving, filling and processing orders
- Assist technicians with holding patients
- Working alone and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to be self-directed and also to work in a team environment
- Accuracy in billing and cash handling
- Ability to work weekdays
- Ability to work in a weekend rotation

- Dundas, ON L9H 1V1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Veterinary Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
