Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, handle data entry tasks, and assist with financial analysis. Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable processes
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
  • Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance sales performance when appropriate
  • Maintain organized documentation of financial documents and correspondence
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies

Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and basic financial analysis skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling strategies is a plus
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$32.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
