Automotive Inside Sales

John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Ltd. is seeking a motivated self starter to join the Sales Department as an Inside Sales Coordinator for our New Hamburg dealer. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, great work ethic and be responsible for bringing customers into our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication).
- Identify customer needs.
- Set appointments for customer visits.
- Follow up with customers after their visit.
- Answer incoming sales and service calls.
- Reschedule no show customers.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate service and sales appointments.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Automotive Dealer experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
