Lexus of Kelowna, part of the Sentes Automotive group, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This full-time, 100% commission-based role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of previous automotive or related sales experience and is ready to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

As a Lexus Sales Consultant, you'll be more than a salesperson - you'll be an ambassador for one of the world's most respected automotive brands. You'll guide guests through the entire sales process, from their first visit to vehicle delivery, ensuring a premium and personalized experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and integrity.
  • Guide guests through the Lexus purchasing process with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care.
  • Utilize your sales expertise and product knowledge to meet and exceed monthly goals.
  • Collaborate with your team and management to create a welcoming, high-performance environment.
  • Maintain a polished and organized showroom and vehicle display area.
  • Stay current with Lexus products, features, and market trends.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of previous automotive or related sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission (asset).
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
  • VSA certification (or ability to obtain).
