We're growing fast and looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented person to join our team as our next Customer Service Representative.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the friendly voice of Carpet Cavalry helping customers from the moment they call until the job is complete.

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Booking client appointments and updating the schedule in our CRM system
  • Calling clients for confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups
  • Helping dispatch technicians to the right locations efficiently
  • Assisting with quotes, payments, and keeping customer notes organized
  • Making sure every caller feels heard, cared for, and taken care of

What We're Looking For

  • A warm, professional communicator with strong phone etiquette
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with computer systems and CRMs
  • Great at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
  • Experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus (but not required)
  • A positive, can-do attitude — we can train the rest
