Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred but English only also considered
- Fully remote, anywhere in Canada

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
