**Position: Customer Service Representative**

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns. They will help answer customer questions, provide advice, and schedule appointments. The CSR will also participate in the day-to-day operations of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers and the general public about Select Call Centre Red Deer/Calgary/Edmonton services and products.
- Develop a strong understanding of Select Call Centre Red Deer/Calgary/Edmonton products and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers who have questions about our products and services.
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Select Call Centre Red Deer/Calgary/Edmonton.
- Work with sales staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to Sales staff as needed.
- Assist with other departments as needed.
- Ensure that all communications are in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour
